End of Lease:
1. The Tenant, at their own expense, is required to return the rental unit in its original condition. The tenant is responsible for any damages (beyond normal wear and tear) and additional cleaning fees.
2. If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the tenant MUST honour ALL visit requests for all prospective tenants, for which 24-hour notices will be given. The same applies to visits from prospective buyers in case the condo goes for sale during the term leased.
